Purpose:
To safeguard the welfare of minors involved in any of our youth-focused activities.

Scope:
Applies to all staff, volunteers, and partners interacting with individuals under 18 years of age.

Policy Details:

• Staff working with minors must provide a clean background check.
  
• No physical punishment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
  
• Activities involving minors will always be supervised by trained adults.
  
• Any suspicion of abuse or harm must be reported immediately to our safeguarding officer.
  
• Training and awareness programs on child protection will be conducted regularly.
