Anti-Discrimination Policy

Purpose:
To promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all participants, staff, and collaborators are treated fairly regardless of their background or identity.

Scope:
This policy applies to all participants, team members, volunteers, partner organizations, and stakeholders involved in any project or activity organized by World Society Builders.

Policy Details:

  • Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or mobbing based on race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or socio-economic status will not be tolerated.
  • All reports of discriminatory behavior will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
  • Participants and staff are encouraged to report any incidents to the project coordinator or designated safeguarding officer.
  • Diversity and inclusion training will be provided to team members and volunteers.
  • Actions taken can include verbal warnings, removal from the project, or referral to legal authorities, depending on the severity of the case.
